Croissant Ham and Swiss Bake
EASY ONE PAN BREAKFAST! You’ll want to make on repeat because it’s quick and it’s tasty! It is a recipe that you'll want to pull out when you have guests staying over or for a special holiday with family. This is truly a wonderful recipe!
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
- sprinkle of black pepper
- Swiss cheese, cut into slices
- Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (for topping)
- 6 croissants, cut into 3rds
- 1 family size sliced ham
Instructions

Whisk the eggs, cream, and seasonings together.

Cut up the croissants into 1/3 pieces. Dunk them into the egg mixture and put them into the egg mixture. Place the cut croissants into a 9×13 baking tray.

Squeeze in pieces of ham between the slices of croissants.

Next, squeeze in slices of swiss cheese between pieces of ham and croissants.

Sprinkle lightly with mozzarella cheese or heavy if you like cheese!

Bake at 350, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes.
